Before focusing my work on women, writing, and alignment, I served as a strategist and fractional COO, guiding companies, nonprofits, and legacy brands through growth and change. From marketing a AAA Four-Diamond resort to designing training programs for major airlines, my work has always centered on clarity, communication, and purposeful expansion.

Today, Mea Brown & Co. brings that same experience to women who are ready to align their business, message, and next chapter of leadership. I help them get clear on what matters most in their work, their writing, and their direction, so they can build with focus, faith, and freedom.
